SKYDRONELINK IS A SWELLPRO AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE CENTER

SkyDroneLink is dedicated Drone Repair & Service Center based out of Orange County, CA focused on getting your drone back up and running. We are the only repair center in OC that offers IN-PERSON DROP OFFs and PICKUPS. We see clients by CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT only via email, NO walk-ins, please email us to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. You may also ship the drone to us (shipping both ways will be at your expense), please email us first so we can send you mail-in instructions.

SWELLPRO WARRANTY DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR

To start a SwellPro Manufacturers Warranty Request please email us the following info in full (incomplete requests will be processed as out-of-warranty):

Serial number of the drone and the remote controller
Date of purchase, Order number and Company purchased from
Copy of purchase receipt or Order Confirmation (required, can be a screen capture of order confirmation if purchased online)
Description of the issues
Where the drone was used, and brief description what happened

Your drone serial number can be found on the sticker on your motherboard (FD1) or on the sticker in your battery compartment (FD2, FD3, SD4).

SWELLPRO OUT-OF- WARRANTY DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR

STANDARD DIAGNOSTIC FEE is $89 for SwellPro Drones (non-refundable for any reason once paid), that can be used towards the repair cost if you will decide to proceed.

We are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after the repair. Out of warranty repairs are done with OEM and original parts.
